Informed Minds Consultants and Trainers:

  • All Informed Minds Trainers are trained in house using our App and Technology and Evidence & Theory-based Group Facilitation program.
  • All Informed Minds Trainers are trained in house using our Safeguarding Children & Young People mandated program.
  • All Informed Minds Trainers have completed Mental Health First Aid Training or equivalent.
  • All Informed Minds Trainers have completed Access NI Checks
  • The Informed Minds Consultants are up to date with current Northern Ireland Legislation, Training Standards & Evidenced based research in Child Abuse, Safeguarding (to include vulnerable adults), Child Exploitation, Digital Abuse, Mental Health (to include the workplace) and other relevant training in the sector.

As a collective team, (currently contracting x7 trainers) Informed Minds Training & Consultancy hold a wealth of local & International experience, as well as significant tertiary and multiple qualifications & experience per trainer. Administrator

The Informed Minds Administrator is the liaison between the Director and organisational clients. He/she is responsible for ensuring the schedule of training, programs and events and co-ordinating these.

Informed Minds Lead Consultant & Senior Training Manager: Mrs Paula Fletcher

Qualifications: PGCE in Secondary Teaching & Masters in Special Educational Needs

Work title: Secondary Teacher. Paula has held both curricular and pastoral leadership roles in both Northern Ireland and Melbourne Australia

Experience: Local and international experience working in the education sector (both public & private educational establishments) and working in a pastoral role. Paula has completed Training in positive psychology, student coaching and pastoral care in the educational setting.

Paula has refreshed her skills and has completed a number of recent trainings in the mental health field in Northern Ireland.
